Water control system specified for the Well

Real estate developer Tridel has entered an agreement whereby Eddy Solutions’ water control system will be installed in the Well, a major downtown Toronto development that will combine office, retail and residential spaces.

The Well will feature Eddy’s system in more than 750 units across three buildings (C, D and E), using real-time monitoring, ‘smart’ sensors and remote and automatic shutoffs to identify issues from the construction phase—when water is first initiated—to post-occupancy. The system will reach the buildings’ risers, hydronics, suites and common areas.

Tridel has worked with Eddy before and plans to install the system in all ongoing project across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
